Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 holder or higher from engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in the similar position.
- Graduates from top local or overseas university with min. GPA 2,75.
- Age from 25 - 35 year old.
- Understand training need anaylisis and able to modified it according to company needs.
- Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques.
- Develop curriculum, learning objectives and / or course materials.
- Evaluate and monitor training implementation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
