SUPPORT ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Minimum Diploma Degree from Information Technology major
2. Technical Qualifications :
- MS. Office (MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Access, MS. Power Point, MS.
Outlook/Outlook Express)
- Troubleshooting Hardware/Software
- Windows ME , Windows XP, Windows 7 System (Setup)
- Windows 2000 Server & Windows Server 2003 (Setup + Configure such as
DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Service)
- Networking (LAN, WAN, Email Setting)
4. Fresh Graduate or have 1 year experience in relevant task
5. Good communication skill and initiative
