We are a brand activation team in MATARI ADVERTISING, located in Jl Raya Kelapa Dua No 27, Kelapa Dua, Jakarta Barat 11550, urgently looking for young, smart and hardworking talent who is willing to join us, for the following positions:

1.      PROJECT COORDINATOR (Point of Market Entry)

(Job code: PRC/BIU/XII/10)

Requirements:

- Male/female: 25-30 years old

- Bachelor degree (S1) preferably related to Communication or Marketing

- Has experience related to Activation: event organizer, freelance brand activation agency for at least 1 year

- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (to handle Multinational Company)

- Has leadership to lead the team

- Has project management skill

- Good administration skill and computer literacy – knowledge of MS Office, e-mail & internet

2.      PERSONNEL TRAINER (H to H)

      (Job code: PET/BIU/XII/10)

Requirements:

- Male/female: 25-35 years old

- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Selling/Marketing

- Working experience: having experience in selling industry as sales strategist, sales supervisor

- Able to develop training material for Direct Selling Team: persuasive selling, handling objection, team work

- Conducting training min every 2 weeks

- Ability to motivate the team and work under pressure

- Weekly/biweekly visit to field to observe the team achievement

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

Requirements:

- Male/female

- Preferably Bachelor degree (S1)

- Good administration skill and computer literacy – able to analyze the collected data

- Good communication in English is preferable (for periodic meeting with multinational company)

- Able to work fast, accurate, strong attention to detail

- Able to work in a team
