OPERATION MANAGER
The operation manager will be responsible to coordinate, oversee and manage all activities pertaining to retail shops / counters operations, to direct and manage the sales team which comprises of across Sales SPV, Sales Assistants, etc
Requirements:
Male or female, max 40 years old, fluent in English is a must, experienced in handling 100 shops or stores, target oriented person, leadership skills, good analytical thinking, easy to take quick decision, able to train the team and willing to travel are the major requirements for this position.
