Responsibilities:

Reporting to Call Center Supervisor, she will ensure customer service excellence to all customers and responsible for call centre operations, telephone order processing, and balance report.

Qualification:

Female, Nice voice, Single, maximum 25 years old
Diploma (D3) in any discipline
Minimum 1 years working experience in service
Accurate
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent communication & Administration skill
A team player

Work Location : Jakarta

Employee Status : Contract
