DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client, a multinational company in Retail Industry in Indonesia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:

IT MANAGER (Code: IM)
a. Male/Female, Age not more than 40 years old.
b. University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferably from a reputable university.
c. Minimum 5 years working experience as IT Manager in retail/distribution company, managing 10 direct sub-ordinates and having strong background in SAP implementation.
d. Strong background in software/programs development would be great advantage.
e. Strong leadership, teamwork and good communication skill.
f. Good knowledge in relational database ( SQL server, My SQL)
g. Familiarity with web development environments ( Linux, PHP, HTML)
h. Has integrity, maturity, enthusiastic, passion and able to work under pressure.
i. Excellent English both verbal & written

FINANCE MANAGER (Code: FM)
a. Male/Female, Age not more than 40 years old.
b. Bachelor's degree major in Accountancy or Finance.
c. Having minimum 5 years experience as Finance Supervisor.
d. Having experience in Retail Industry are preferred.
e. Have working experience in Retail Industry (FMCG, Consumer Electronic, Gadget, Mobile Phone)
f. Have a good knowledge in handling finance matters (account receivables, account payables, collection, cash flow management, procurement, accounting and reporting).
g. Having knowledge in Indonesia Tax Rules and Regulation.
h. Mature, strong leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal skill.
i. Should be able to work both independently and in a team.
j. Excellent English both verbal & written.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Code: HRD-MGR)
a. Male/Female, Age not more than 40 years old
b. Graduate or post graduate in human resources management, or in general management from reputable universities.
c. At least 5-8 years experience in managerial level and or 5 years as a Human Resources Manager in retail industry.
d. Having min. 5 years experience in the related field is required for this position, especially on Retail Business (FMCG, Consumer Electronic, Gadget, Mobile Phone)
e. Having knowledge of a wide range of people development concepts.
f. Having a good presentation and communication skill.
g. Team leader, strong personality, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
h. Proficient in English both oral and written.
