    HSSE Advisor (HSSE)    Job Location: Merak Plant



Responsibilities: The Position holder will be responsible to maintain
& implement a high standard in terms of HSSE for the plant &
logistics. He/She will also be facilitating and ensuring that all HSSE
requirements are being enforced in the Manufacturing, Logistic, Admin,
and surrounding the plant community, including but not limited to
maintenance and inspection of all the safety equipment or any Critical
equipment to safety in the plant and organising HSSE training,
fire-fighting drill, road safety audit, annual safety audit, risk
assessment and other HSSE compulsory agenda. This position is reporting
directly to Plant Manager.



Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in HSSE role in manufacturing industryExcellent understanding and knowledge of HSSE processesBroad knowledge in production and logistic processesProficiency of basic computer software (MS office)Experienced and skilled in guiding and influencing peopleExperienced in working with local villagersWilling to be stationed in Merak PlantClosing date : March 16, 2011
