We need you to fulfill these open positions:
Senior and Junior Property Manager (Sr.PM /Jr.PM)
Be responsible for the day to day operations of commercial office, retail, or residential properties including leasing, accounting aspects, tenancy management, and occupier retention strategies.
Strong leadership qualities in dealing with on site, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and customers. Able to write in good English is a must.
Minimum has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Technical.
Minimum 5 years experience in related field for senior position
Property Management Trainee (PMT)
Be a university graduate, preferably with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Highly qualified applicants from other disciplines should not be deterred from applying if you have strong customer ethics and with a desire to learn and succeed.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
