IT Procedure staff


Reports to: Security & compliance Manager

General Purpose: IT Procedure staff will assist Security & compliance Manager mainly in Procedure maintenance and other security aspect such as Sarbanes Oxley, compliance & audit.

Position Responsibilities:

* Provide daily control on IT activities to be inline with Sarbanes Oxley
* Performs the reviews on a pre-planned basis.
* Monitors compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate department manager
* Monitor IT security systems and taking appropriate security actions
* Oversees and directs internal review and monitoring activities, including annual or periodic department reviews
* Monitors the internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Specifications:

* University degree in computer science or related
* Having knowledge in IT control procedure, compliance & Audit will be advantage
* Able to work in team, especially the team member in the IT department
* Able to communicate in Indonesian language & English both oral & written

Requirement:

* Experience 1 - 2 yrs or Fresh Graduate
