- Male / Female
- Graduated from a reputable university majoring Psychology / Management / Hukum
- Max 32 years old
- Minimal 3 years experiences in HR area (Generalist)
- Strong knowledge of HR Area and HR Tools.
- Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability; Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
- Dynamics, self motivated, customer oriented and target oriented
- Must have good presentation both speaking and appearance
- Communicative, able to work as a team player and willing to learn
