Our Client, a prominent IT systems integration company, is urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing organization. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position
~ ACCOUNT MANAGER ~
Qualifications:
§ Responsible in prospecting big project (with certain limit of project amount) with big budget of project size.
§ Maintain business relationship with large customers (existing and prospecting) to ensure intimacy relationship with company as well as manage customer expectation in a proper way.
§ Participate in customer organization multi-tier relationship development with focus on middle management.
§ Prepare and develop moderate and complex proposal, quotation, presentation and deliver to the appropriate customers with coordination with Solution Delivery, and ensure they are delivered in a professional way.
§ Responsible to perform sales activities, e.g. identifying potential customers, prospecting and approaching, negotiating and dealing with large-scale customer/account, and ensure that the product/services are delivered with the highest quality standard as promised.
§ Provide necessary insight and input of actual conditions in the market related to the specific accounts data, targeted customers, competitors, and micro and macro-economic conditions, including industry condition where large-scale industry targeted by company operated in order to identify best-practices, competitive advantages and trends in the marketplace.
§ Execute the whole sales strategy for large-scale customers (existing and prospecting), starting from the prospecting until dealing, and also managing business relationship for both existing and prospecting customers.
§ Analyze the documentations of project progress and the results.
§ Provide necessary feedback and coordinate with other units to manage problems effectively according to the project documentations report, as well as monitor and ensure that the improvement activities have been executed as planned and report the results to the Group of AM.
Salary : Depending on Qualifications and Experience

SECRETARY FOR DIRECTOR
Main Requirements:
- Female
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 Years experience to expatriate
- Have experience in bulk carrier vessel chartering and L/C operation
- UCP (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits) Training
- Incoterm (international commerce terms)
- Well Understand in Loan Reconsiliarion
- Preferably from Bank trading operation and Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in oral and written English & Mandarin
Salary: Between Rp. 10 - 15 mio per month (Gross)
