economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs
and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas
of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.
World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :
1. Marketing & Promotion Officer – Mass Channel
(Code : MASS)Major Roles :
To provide assistance and technical expertise implementation of holistic, innovative and progressive direct marketing strategies for Mass Channel in support to the 5-year goal and objectives of WVIDN with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that undertakes continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of its strategies in engaging different publics to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Business / Commerce or any related degree with marketing experiences
- Min. 3 year experience in Marketing & Promotion
- Knowledge of Marketing & Promotion
- Deep knowledge about commerce and media trend
- Sense of sales & promotion
- Good communication & promotion skill
- Creative and innovative
2. Marketing & Promotion Officer (Institutions/Group)
(Code : INS)Major Roles :
To provide assistance and technical expertise implementation of holistic, innovative and progressive direct marketing strategies for Institution or/and Organization in support to the 5-year goal and objectives of WVIDN with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that undertakes continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of its strategies in engaging different publics to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Business / Commerce or any related degree with marketing experiences
- Min. 3 year experience in Marketing & Promotion
- Knowledge of Marketing & Promotion
- Deep knowledge about commerce and marketing trend
- Sense of sales & promotion
- Good communication & promotion skill
- Creative and innovative
3. Product Development Officer (Code : PDO)
Major Roles :
To provide leadership and oversight in the development of holistic, innovative and progressive strategies, tools, programs and events, alliances and networks to promote, share and celebrate transformational development experiences and learnings among sponsors, donors, churches, WV offices and other publics
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Education or other related Development and Business Courses, with equivalent substantial experience in training, curriculum development, development communications and public relations.
- Min. 3 years of broad and deep experience in wholistic community development work, curriculum development, managing and facilitating learning events, alliance building, development communications and public relations.
- Strength in training, curriculum development and public relations, strategic partnering with various publics such as learning institutions and NGOs , broad understanding of transformational development ministry.
4. Product & Education Corporate Officer
(Code : EC)Major Roles :
To provide leadership and oversight in the development of holistic, innovative and progressive strategies, tools, programs and events, alliances and networks to promote, share and celebrate transformational development experiences and learnings among sponsors, donors, churches, WV offices and other publics
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Education or other related Development and Business Courses, with equivalent substantial experience in training, curriculum development, development communications and public relations.
- Min. 3 years of broad and deep experience in holistic community development work, curriculum development, managing and facilitating learning events, alliance building, development communications and public relations.
- Strength in training, curriculum development and public relations, strategic partnering with various publics such as learning institutions and NGOs , broad understanding of transformational development ministry.
5. Major Donor Executive (Code : MD)
Major Roles :
To provide technical expertise in the implementation and coordination of Major Donor Development strategies in support to the 5-year goal and objectives of WVIDN with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that undertakes continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of its strategies in engaging different publics to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related Courses, or any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in fund raising and relationship marketing.
- Min. 3 years of broad and substantial experience in corporate marketing.
- Strength in corporate and relationship marketing
6. Donor Care Coordinator (Code : DC)
Major Roles :
To provide technical expertise in the implementation and coordination of Donor Care Teams Members in support to the 5-year goal and objectives of WVIDN with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that undertakes continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of its strategies in engaging different publics to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management or other relevant field of studies
- Min. 3 years experience in customer care/service
- Good analytical skills and creative
7. Donor Care Officer - Sponsorship (Code : DS)
Major Roles :
To provide technical expertise in the implementation and coordination of Donor Care in sponsorship to support the 5-year goal and objectives of WVIDN with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that undertakes continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of its strategies in engaging different publics to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing , or any course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.
- Min. 2 years of substantial experience in Sponsorship issues, call center or customer care/service.
- Strength in Sponsorship Program WVI.
