Our client, one of the leading manufacturing company which product has been leading in the market for many years. As part of their rapid growth and expansion they are currently seeking for a highly potential candidate to join the success team as the:

HR Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for the whole HR matters for several plants and becoming a part of major improvement within the organization.

Requirements :
• Max 45 years of age, dynamic and energetic person
• Bachelor degree holder from a reputable university with at least 5 years of experience in managerial role in human resource area
• Extensive experience in handling human resources within manufacturing industry
• Experience in overall Human Resources Management activities, i.e. Employee Relations, Industrial Realations, Training & Development, Organization development, Remuneration Systems, etc
• Experience in developing/improving HR System, establishing HR programs, developing and improving the organization culture
• Hands on and committed in delivering good result
• Good skills in leadership, planning & organizing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication in English
