3. 5 years experience in the same / similar position,

5. Having strong knowledge and experience in Manpower
Regulations (including PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing, Jamsostek, JKDK,
etc)
6. Having strong knowledge and experience in all HR duties and
system (recruitment, remuneration, training, promotion, performance
appraisal, etc)
7. Having strong capability in Industrial Relationship fields
8. Having strong personality and able to work under pressure
9. Good interpersonal / communication skills.
PROJECT ENGINEER & DESIGN ENGINEER:
Requirement for that position as below :
¡ñ Male
¡ñ Age : 30 ¨C 40 years old
¡ñ Education S1 in Electrical Engineer
¡ñ Min 5 years comprehensive experience in project at EPC company
¡ñ Capable to design & approve electrical design drawing
¡ñ Carry out design calculation
¡ñ Familiar with international standard i.e API, IEC, NEMA etc
¡ñ Familiar with Electrical Basic Design, Detail Design, Electrical
Calculation
¡ñ Electrical data sheet and material Take off
¡ñ Good knowledge for hazardous area concept
¡ñ Profesional experience as Project Engineer
¡ñ Fluent in speaking & writing English language
¡ñ Able to operate computer software i.e MS Office, MS Project
¡ñ Work Location : Head Office and able to go to site Project
DRAFTER
¡ñ Male
¡ñ Age : max 40 years old
¡ñ Education min Senior/Technical High School
¡ñ Min 2 years experience in drafter
¡ñ Familiar with Electrical Basic Drafter, Detail Drafter, Electrical
Calculation
¡ñ Capable to drafting Single Line Diagram, Lighting Layout, Drawing
Index,
Cable Tray Layout, Earthing Layout, Standard Detail, Hazardous Area
Classification,
Electrical Equipment Layout, Power & Control Cable Layout, Cable
Power Navigation
¡ñ Able to speak & write in English
¡ñ Able to operate computer software i.e MS Office, MS Project
¡ñ Work Location : Head Office and able to go to site Project
