CONSTRUCTION:
SUPERINTENDENTS (COM01) / SUPERVISORS (COM02): MECHANICAL, PIPING,
RIGGING, ERECTION, ROTATING & STATIC EQUIPMENT: Material Arrangement,
Job distribution, Manpower arrangement, Job inspection, approaching
the inspection for the client, Manpower Coordinating, Giving advice to
foreman. Supervision on actual execution and control of mechanical
projects in accordance with the scope of work, Planning, Cost,
Quality, Safety, specifications and Company Procedures.
ENGINEERS: MECHANICAL, PIPING, HVAC, PLUMBING, RIGGING, PAINTING,
WELDING, ROTATING EQUIPMENT (COM03): Supervise the activities of Gen.
Foreman, Foreman, Headman and workers assigned on their respective
task assignments; Prepare accomplishment and cost analysis reports;
control and monitor the utilization of consumables materials and
equipment and ensure it is within the budget allocation. Plan and
request required manpower, equipment and materials for the project in
a timely manner. See to it that all works to be done are covered in
the scope of work and raise change orders for additional works.
Promote and execute safety and quality program on the project. Train
and develop mechanical skill trades and crafts man. Work harmoniously
with client and achieve profitability.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS:
QUANTITY SURVEYOR / MEASUREMENT ENGINEERS (P01): Knowledge in Cost
calculations, Preparing Bill of Quantities, Progress Measurement,
invoicing & change order preparation is a must.
PROJECT / SITE PLANNING & MONITORING ENGINEERS (P02): Strong
capabilities in Primavera, ability to prepare Construction schedules,
progress S-Curves, Resources Loadings, Base line plan. Monitoring
Project Performance using Earned Value methods, milestones, critical
Activities, Histograms & Cost Control Techniques.
HSE & SAFETY PROFESSIONALS:
 Safety Superintendent (S01)  Safety Engineer (S02)  Safety
Inspector / Attendant (S03): Knowledge in interpreting international
HSE standards/codes. Good communicator, a team leader with analytical
ability, training & Efficient Report writing Skills
QA / QC PROFESSIONALS:
ENGINEERS / INSPECTORS: ■ WELDING / MECHANICAL - AWS, CWI, CSWIP 3.1
(Q01) ■ PAINTING / COATING - CSWIP Level II / NACE Level II (Q02) ■
CIVIL / STRUCTURAL (Q03) ■ PIPING (Q04) ■ ROTATING EQPT (Q05) ■
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION (Q06): Minimum 5 – 10 years of practical
experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power plant construction
project. Exp. in preparation of project QC documentation including
ITP's etc., Coordination , monitor & control site QC activities
including stage wise inspection at project site. Preference will be
given to Saudi Aramco/Gulf Experience Candidates.
Candidates for above categories must be BS Engineering graduate in
relevant discipline with minimum 3-10 yrs. experience in Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical & Power Plants Construction Projects with excellent
communication and leadership skills.
►Education: BS Engineering in relevant discipline
►Experience:
A. Superintendent 5 to 10 Years
B. Project Engineers 5 to 7 Years
C. Site Engineers / Supervisors 3 to 5 Years
►Attributes: Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Refinery
Construction Project experience would be an added advantage, Knowledge
of International Standards & Codes, with Scheduling, Planning &
Leadership Skills.
