Our Client is a world-leading provider of equipment and solutions for
mineral exploration, underground mining in hard and soft formations,
surface mining and bulk materials handling and specific areas of the
construction industry, such as quarrying, tunneling, demolition and
recycling and other civil engineering applications.
At the moment the company, which operates in Papua, is looking for
candidates to fill the vacant position of:
HR Manager/Dept. Head
Location: Papua
Requirements:
- Graduate Min S1 Law, Management, Psychology coupled with further
qualification CPHR.
- Minimum of 3 year's senior HR and management experience.
- Exposure to the Mining, Construction or Engineering industries would
be beneficial.
- High level of HR analysis skills.
- Previous experience in providing HR advice to a senior management team
- Strategic planning and operations experience, Contract management
experience
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to
negotiate at a senior level.
- "Hands on" approach to the management of the HR function.
