There are a vacant position in our clients Company
Maintenance Engineering manager
· Set Engineering target, formulate engineering Strategy to Achieve plant and department objectives
· Build up Appropriate Engineering system
· Develop and implement employee development programs / training to ensure strong position succession planning and also skilled labor
· Manage co-ordinations and effective teamwork to ensure speedy response to engineering breakdowns and establish preventive maintenance practices
· Deliver continuous improvement on eng. Support by defining and managing key performance indicators based on intra company and external benchmarking.
· Develop and implement engineering strategy in line with site and company objectives
· Manage organizational communication and site performance reporting
· Manage HSE practice and performance to meet regulation and site requirement
· Knowledge about ISO.
· 5-7 years engineering experience
· 3-5 years Experience on engineering supervision in a high complexity chemical plant.
· Experience in chemical engineering project.
