REGIONAL MANAGER (for Medan Office)
Reporting directly to Sales Director, responsible for providing strategic and achieving volume, pricing, promotion and distribution in the Sales Team
General Requirement:
Male, S1 from reputable university
Below 35 years old.
Min. 3 years experience in distribution company of consumer goods product (Food & Beverages, cigarette, etc) is a must. THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY.
Strong people management/ leadership skill
Posses of basic selling and negotiation skills
Willing to work under pressure & target
Willing to be stationed in any of our branches through out Indonesia
