The company provides distinctive customer solutions in supply chain management, food applications, and health and nutrition. In line with company's continued growth and expansion, is currently looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill following position;

INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF

This position will assisted human resource department for implementation of Company regulation based on Indonesian labor law, responsible for handling industrial relations issues as well as familiar handling legal and labor dispute.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:

Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2, HR, Industrial relation, business law graduate would be an advantage
Having HR SAP Background
Great communication skill
Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
Min 3-5 years of related working experience
Statistic knowledge
Willing to travel around Indonesia and station in Kalimantan
