Our client, multi-national consumer goods manufacturer in dairy are seeking high calibre professionals to fill their vacant positions as follow:

 

1.  Research and Development Manager

- Manage business portfolio 

- Lead R&D team of Indonesia

- Ensure R&D resources internally as well externally are available to deliver food projects in local business plan for South East Asia

- Establish and maintain network of contacts with suppliers (3rd party/ ingredients/ packaging) and institutes.

Requirements:

- 10 to 15 years working experiences in related position, preferably from consumer goods manufacturer

- Self motivated, courage, creative-inovative, able to work independently and with team

- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline

- Able to communicate fluenty oth Indonesian and English.

 

2.  Marketing Manager

- Set up and implemented strategic marketing

- Establish coordination with sales, promotions, and other party

- Monitor budget regularly

- Monitor market and demand

Requirements

- Minimum 6-8 years working experiences in related position or in consumer goods

- Self motivated, able to work independently or with team, creative-innovative

- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline

- Able to communicate fluently both Indonesian and English

 

3. Consumer Insight Manager

- Periodically conduct market and consumer research

- Reflect market data to real market condition

- Maintain and update market database

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years in related position such as researcher/ consultant for market research, marketing, sales

- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline

- Able to communicate both Indonesian and English
