PLANNER
Description
· Understand and apply the HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.
· Understand and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.
· Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
· Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Building industry Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management modification and maintenance projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
· Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise.
· Demonstrate singular major project planning skills.
· Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
· Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Skills
· 5 years Major Project Planning experience. Engineering Discipline Qualifications.
· Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings).
· Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop details Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
· Computer based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilizing Primavera P6 package or equivalent).
· Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
· Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
· Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as lead a team or participate as a team member.
· Understand and apply the Quality Management System.
· Demonstrate awareness and compliance with safe workplace practices and duty of care.
HSE OFFICER
Description
· Monitor the safety performance of contractors on site.
· Monitor compliance with occupational health standards and use of personal protection equipment.
· Participate in internal safety reviews and site inspections.
· Take part in incident investigation.
· Provide advice and expertise on personal protection equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
· Monitor the work sites for unsafe practices.
· Check observance of the permit to work systems.
· Carry out or procure specialist HSE training.
· Participate in risk evaluation.
· Update all HSE related procedures
Skills
· Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in related Engineering discipline.
· Minimum of six years' experience in engineering/utility industry, including two as an HSE Officer.
· Thorough knowledge of HSE management processes in power or water or in a related industry.
· At least Medium level of proficiency in English.
FIELD OPERATOR
Description
· Perform commissioning and start up of units.
· Assist in developing detailed work procedures and practices.
· Coordinate with other control operators from other upstream and downstream units.
· Monitor and control process conditions to maintain stable operations and specified product quality levels.
· Record monitoring items and other specific items on log sheets.
· Perform emergency trouble shooting.
· Perform normal start up and shutdown procedures.
· Take action during emergency in line with unit emergency procedures.
· On job training of the client's control operators.
Skills
· Secondary School Certificate or Technical College Diploma.
· Good command of English.
· At least 2 years as field operator.
· Relevant petrochemical plant experience preferably with aromatics .
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Description
· Execution detailed scheduling of rotating equipment maintenance, according to maintenance plan, workload, manpower availability, company procedures and priorities set by the maintenance SPT.
· Analyze and select the equipment to submit to predictive/preventive maintenance.
· Allocates tasks to subordinate work teams; monitors team and individual performance taking remedial action as appropriate.
· Maintains and promotes high standards of work targeted to achieving safe, optimal process performance.
· Evaluates personnel performance through formal and informal assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses; recommends corrective action as appropriate.
· Ensuring that the activities are carried out to the safety procedures.
· Supervise the specialist in order to implement the preventive maintenance, including scheduling of work orders in accordance to the plan.
· Analyze the efficiency factor in relation to each work order closed out, detect and optimize the resources improving the efficiency of forecast.
· Analyze the historical data of each equipment, calculating the main time between failure and main time to repair.
· Prepare the relevant analysis and report and submit to his superior.
· Writing reports for planning activities, maintenance procedures and any suggestion.
· To carry out the on-the-job training ensuring the implementation of the training programme for the Company personnel.
· Closely monitors critical process parameters, process performance and efficiency, initiating changes as necessary through subordinate work teams.
· Monitors abnormal process and equipment conditions, incidents, hazards or emergencies; initiates and supervises action to correct or contain same, reporting incidents and near misses per procedure.
· Troubleshoots isolated and recurring equipment upsets in consultation with supervisor, subordinate personnel, process and maintenance experts.
Skills
· Technical Diploma with 4years minimum working experience, of which some years in production field.
