Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Human Resources, Psychology,Industrial
Engineering or related studies
- At least 5 years experience handling training
- Team Player, good analytical thinking,
- Have certify or already have training for the trainer
- Ability to coachning and Developing other
-Ability to Write training Material
- Fluent in English both Speaking and writing
Resopnsibility
- To conduct Training Need Analysis
- To conduct Identify of training need
- To Manage Training Procedure and Training Program
- To Make Training Evaluation
-To conduct Training and control the training schedule
