We need to strengthen our permanent and network pool of expertise to address a wide range of projects in public and private sectors. The projects focus on overall organization change and development, and in some areas specifically on HR Transformation.

We have need for seasoned Indonesian professionals of 3-6 years experience. Ideally you will have some corporate experience, but you may also have been working in a reputable consultancy dealing with change, development and assessment.

You will have a Masters (S2) level qualification from a reputable institution here or abroad, and will have scored over 3.5 GPA.

Business Process Consultants
You can look at hierarchy rationale, spans of control, inter-department and inter-group inputs, value-adding processes, and enhanced outputs and put all this together to 'see' your picture of the effective organization at a conceptual level. You may have Industrial Engineer qualifications and experience or you may not, but your vision is organization wide and ten years into the future. You are skilled at turning complex sets of interactions into simple useful graphical representations for client use.

HR Management Consultants
For this one you must have been in a senior officer or specialist position, and preferably have administrative experience and management interaction experience in a corporate setting. This may be your long-awaited move across into consultancy – you couldn't pick a better company to make the move with.

Management & Professional Development Specialists
While you can put together a well designed training program that is aligned to needs, follows known adult-learning models, has clear behavioural or knowledge objectives and systems of measurement, and is cost-effective, you are best known for integrating the needs for management development with organization opportunities and organizational systems.

Change Management Consultants
You understand and can use the specialist knowledge from other areas, but your strength is in managing implementation projects – setting out the critical paths with engagement form stakeholders, bringing teams together, maintaining discipline in client teams while sustaining positive and mutually respectful relationships.

Organisation and HR Research and Report Specialist
You background may not be HR for this one. You may have just completed a masters that required a lot of field work, data collection, organization, analysis and interpretation. You are adept at using SSPS software, and possibly using add-on software to produce readable and understandable reports, such as Crystal Reports. You have an eye for the graphical display of quantified information. You are a very good communicator, can work in a team with analysts and managers and feel equally comfortable with both.

Employee Communication / Internal Engagement Consultant
You will have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs or rapidly transformed large local companies. You will understand the strategic importance of aligning employee communications with the messages of change, and of building employee brand. You will have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and be comfortable in exploring focused use of technology to deliver and receive messages with employees, but you will not be techno-dominated. You combine practical can-do attitudes, achievement drive and conceptual thinking that will enable you to multi-tasking content development, activity management, results delivery and building and sustaining mutually respectful relationships. You will be interested in devoting 9-12 months to key involvement in one of the most challenging employee communications and change scenarios in Indonesia today.
