We have need for seasoned Indonesian professionals of 3-6 years experience. Ideally you will have some corporate experience, but you may also have been working in a reputable consultancy dealing with change, development and assessment.

You can look at hierarchy rationale, spans of control, inter-department and inter-group inputs, value-adding processes, and enhanced outputs and put all this together to 'see' your picture of the effective organization at a conceptual level. You background may not be HR for this one. You may have just completed a masters that required a lot of field work, data collection, organization, analysis and interpretation. You have an eye for the graphical display of quantified information. You are a very good communicator, can work in a team with analysts and managers and feel equally comfortable with both.

Employee Communication / Internal Engagement Consultant
You will have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs or rapidly transformed large local companies. You will understand the strategic importance of aligning employee communications with the messages of change, and of building employee brand. You will have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and be comfortable in exploring focused use of technology to deliver and receive messages with employees, but you will not be techno-dominated. You combine practical can-do attitudes, achievement drive and conceptual thinking that will enable you to multi-tasking content development, activity management, results delivery and building and sustaining mutually respectful relationships. You will be interested in devoting 9-12 months to key involvement in one of the most challenging employee communications and change scenarios in Indonesia today.
