We want you if you:
1. Always take responsibility and accountability of your work
2. Are disciplined and self motivated
3. Are organized
4. Have an experience in project management
5. Have good communication and people skill
6. Love to spend time on the internet

A preview of your tasks are:
1. Assist with task breakdown, project planning for each project before it starts, and assist (or take the lead as appropriate) in monitoring and controlling during the project lifecycle;
2. Prepare and file project related documents
3. Ensure that the project teams are informed about tasks required of them and their roles on projects
4. Initiate, organise and attend project meetings and ensure that agendas and meeting minutes are produced and executed
5. Report team progress on a timely basis
