We are a growing coal company in Indonesia currently looking for a high professional to join the Company with job assignment in Jakarta & Sarolangun – Jambi, for the positions of :

1. Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economic/Accounting major.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance &
Accounting role.
• Qualified on cost accountant area.
• Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
• Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word,
Excel & PowerPoint).
• Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to
details.
• Having strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent
in English is preferable).
• Located at Jakarta.

2. HRD Staff (HR)
• Male.
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, Psychology major is
preferable.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources
role.
• Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (Ms Word,
Excel & Power Point).
• Good knowledge about psychology test, administration, scoring
and interpretation.
• Qualified in personnel's administration.
• Willing to be located at Jambi.

3. Accounting Staff (ACC)
• Male
• Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting major.
• Preferably at least 2 year of relevant experience in Finance
and Accounting role.
• Qualified on cost accountant area.
• Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (Ms Word,
Excel & Power Point).
• Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to
details.
• Willing to be located at Jambi.

4. Mechanic Administration (MA)
• Male
• Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) in any major.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word,
Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments.
• Capable to make the report.
• Strong in Administrations and Fillings.
• Highly attentive to details.
• Willing to be located at Jambi.

5. Mine Surveyor (MS)
• Male
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Land Surveying/Geomatic
Survey/Geodetic Engineering
• Having minimum 2 years experience in Mining Area
• Experience surveying in a open cut operation
• Setting out works for pit design, drilling and other mining
activities
• Topography update and details pick up within the mining area
• Good knowledge in survey computer (ACAD, Surpac and other
survey software)
• Familiarity with Launch Land Desktop (LDD) and Total Station
(TS) nicon
• Willing to be located at Sarolangun - Jambi

6. Mine Planning Engineering (MPE)

• Male
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering
• Min 2 years working experiences in the same position on coal
mining industries
• Have knowledge about governmental mining regulation.
• Good knowledge in Software Mine Planning & Design
Minescape/Surpac), Scheduling & Mine Operation
• Willing to be located at Sarolangun - Jambi

7. Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor (HSE)
• Male
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety or
Environmental Engineering
• At least 2 years in relevant experience at Health, Safety and
Environmental (HSE)
• Good knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation
and its implementation
• Computer literate
• Trained and certified HSE/K3 is an advantage
• Willing to be located at Sarolangun - Jambi
