HRIS – Application Support Specialist (code: HRIS)
Technical Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Functional areas and Payroll, 3 years of which is in HR Information System.
* First-hand experience and involvement in HR System transformation from manual or internally-developed system into fully integrated state of the art HRIS, be it as part of a company-wide ERP or a separate HRIS package.
* Experienced in conducting user training.
General Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline. IT or MIS major is preferred
2.High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers and users in line departments.
3.English proficiency.
