Our client is an Advertising Company located in Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan urgently looking for highly potential individual to join the team as :
Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Requirements :
· Male/Female , age min 35 years old.
· Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant discipline.
· Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources & Development, out of which 3 years in the managerial level.
· Experience in implementing KPI.
· Excellent software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
· Well-versed with Indonesian Labor Law and other labor related statutory requirements.
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
