- Min. Bachelor Degree Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronica Engineering
- Having 7 years handle high rise buiding project (Condominium, Apartment, Hotel, etc)as Project Manager
2. Site Manager
- Min. D3 Degree Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronica Enginering
- Having 3 years experience as Site Manager in M/E Contractor
3. Site Engineer
- Min. D3 Degree Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronica Engineering
- Have 2 years experience in M/E Contractor or M/E Consultan
- Strong knowledge in M/E prefer in M/E high rise building system
4. Drafter (Plumbing & HVAC)
- Min. D3 Degree
- Min. having 1 year experience in M/E contractor
- Able to drawing design M/E system high rise building
- Computer literate prefer in Autocad
