We are a fast-growing multinational distribution company which specialized
in food supplement, personal care and household products. Now we have more
than 200.000 distributors in US, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hongkong
and Philippine.
We are urgently looking for dedicated, hard-working, highly motivated
individuals with showing Love and Care attitude to join our team with
qualification as follows:
SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR (SA)
Requirements:
Ø Handle administration of all our branches all around Indonesia (sales
order, sales report, inventory, payment etc.)
Ø Coordinate with Warehouse to do the delivery
Ø Report and analyze stock and inventory of each stockiest/depot
Ø Control stockiest and depots sales activity and performance
Ø Maintain good relationship with stockiest and depot owner or staffs;
handle complaints and answer inquiries from stockiest and depot
Ø Communicate in all means with stockiest and depot via telephone, fax,
email, or letter
General Requirements:
Ø Hold a bachelor degree from any background, age: 27 - 35 years old
Ø Minimal 2 years of experience as Supervisor, handling min. 2
subordinates
Ø Good command in English, pleasant and enjoy dealing with people
Ø Strong customer service orientation
Ø Computer literate
Ø Good supervisory skill, able to handle subordinate effectively
Ø High accuracy, detail oriented and good analytical
Ø Able to work under pressure and travelling
