Dear All,

PT Jababeka, Tbk., a public-owned property company is now recruiting professionals to fill several positions with requirements as follows :

1. Purchasing Supervisor
Requirements :
a.      A good university degree
b.      Min. 2 years experience in Purchasing
c.       Excellent network of contacts (hotel suppliers) in the industry
d.      Good spoken and written English is an advantage

2. Finance Staff for Property Management
    Requirements :
a.      Female
b.      Min. 25 years of age
c.       Having min. 1 year experience in Accounting, Collection and Hospitality
d.      Familiar with IFCA or any other property software

3. Asst. Mgr. for Building Management
    Requirements :
a.      Male / Female
b.      Age between 25 – 35 years old
c.       Diploma degree from reputable universities
d.      5 years experience in cluster commercial, mall, foodcourt, hotel, or any other industrial hospitality
e.       Have a good relationship skill and highly motivated
f.        Good Spoken and written in English is a must
g.      Preferable living around Bekasi area

4. Staff for Building Management
    Requirements :
a.      Male / Female
b.      Age between 25 – 30 years old
c.       Diploma degree from reputable universities
d.      2 years experience in commercial area, mall, foodcourt, hotel, or any other industrial hospitality
e.       Having good ability in English is a plus

5. Asst. Sales Mgr.
    Requirements :
a.      Male / Female
b.      Age between 25 – 35 years old
c.       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management of any reputable universities
d.      Having min. 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing field
e.       Having a good interpersonal skills
f.        Good Spoken and written in English is a must
g.      Preferable living around Bekasi area

6. Fitness and Spa Administration staff
    Requirements :
a.      Male / Female
b.      Age between 23 – 30 years old
c.       Having experience as an SPG or SPB, or as administrator
d.      Nice grooming
e.       Height min. 165
