TECHNICAL TRAINING SYSTEM SPECIALIST
The role's responsibility is to ensure the implementation of
successful technical training and assessment systems at the Company so
that the technical competencies of workers are properly maintained and
recorded as appropriate to the demands of their employment.
Main Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Training related discipline (preferable).
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a best practice
competency based technical training system.
3. Professional experience in related areas from 7 – 10 years.
Candidate has to be able to cooperate in team of various departments
besides being an independent worker, possesses good interpersonal
skill, mature, able to lead, and enthusiastic learner.
