Currently we have a position open in our Gresik office as Administrative Assistant (direct contract based, 12 months)

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative direct support to Gas Plant Team to ensure the smooth administration process and procedures
* Provide administrative support which includes: maintain files and records, document control support, photo copying, faxing, computer work including typing
* Organize vendor visits to maintain office equipment
* Follow up material requisitions and record man-hours of work documentation through SAP
* May include regional support to HR, Finance, etc. as and when required
* Work closely with vendors as necessary to ensure invoices are received correctly and are accompanied by adequate support/tax documentation

Requirement:

* Administration, typing, filing knowledge and skills
* Diploma 3 graduate major in commercial, business or secretarial
* Minimum of five years experience in the related field
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Administration and computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, SAP) ability
* Surabaya/Gresik based is preferred
