currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to
strengthen our team in the following positions:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER (QMS-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizing the overall QMS activities within a
project or an operation area; actively ensuring follow-up on QMS
related subjects and participate in QMS audits; assisting in managing
contractors or suppliers according to the QMS and relevant standards;
developing and maintaining a high level of awareness among all
personnel through communication, training, and active personal
involvement in preventing and reporting of non-conformances;
assisting in reporting QMS statistics accurately.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Industrial engineering from
reputable university; 2 years relevant experience in a similar post;
knowledge of QMS regulations, standards, systems, and procedures;
experience in ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007
training would be great advantages; good problem solving techniques;
strong conceptual and analytical thinking; ability to cope with
additional responsibilities; proportional attention to details;
innovative and prepared to share knowledge.
MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (MC-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and execute engineering activities such as
design review, verification, and studies relevant to project
mechanical engineering topic; pursuing objectives of sound
engineering and design optimization in term of cost, fabrication
simplicity, and safety; provide and ensure the installation,
commissioning and start up of mechanical static, and rotating
equipment according to mechanical design premises; provide
troubleshooting support.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from
reputable university; 2-4 years relevant experience in plant
engineering and construction, especially in chip or pulp and paper
project; mastering the fundamental of mechanical engineering;
excellent understanding on Technical Drawing and Cost Estimating;
able to develop plans, designs, specifications, cost estimates, and
engineering standards for project construction and improvement.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation,
communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-
integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and
relocate to Kalimantan.
