A leading, fast growing Ship Management and Logistics Contractor
involved in the oil and gas industry, is immediately seeking highly
motivated and experience professional to fill position :
QHSE COORDINATOR
Requirements:
-Degree in Engineering/ Naval/ Marine license in nautical and at least
5 years, preferably from Shipping company
-Understand and familiar with management system based on ISM Code,
ISPS Code, ISO 9001:2000, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 classification rules,
flag state requirement to the ship managed by the company.
-Understand the basic concept of Marine Terminal/Crude Oil Transport
and fully familiar with rules, regulation, laws pertinent to the Oil
and Gas industry related to safety.
-Have good managerial skill especially in the areas of HSE protection.
-Experience in the offshore / shipping / marine industry for at least
5 years is a must.
-Working knowledge of MS Office and fluency in English is a must.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage inter departmental cross functional teams to
enable QHSE audits
-Establishing / updating / maintaining policies, standards, procedures
and aspirations so as to prevent harm to people, environment and assets
-Responsible to achieve ISM Code, ISPS Code, OHSAS 18001 Certification
and or other best practices
-Responsible to achieve for addressing / maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO
9001 requirements pertaining to all relevant departments
-Prepare training modules and providing training to new employees in
the QHSE procedures to ensure that policy is delivered etc.
