Our client, which operates in the SUGAR PROCESSING AND ETHANOL INDUSTRY, has three (3) sugar manufacturing facilities and one ethanol manufacturing facility.
To support their expansion program in Indonesia, they are URGENTLY looking for highly qualified executives to join their team as:
* DISTILLERY PROCESS MANAGER (OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)
· Chemical engineering background with experience in all facets of distillery operations including fermentation, distillation and dehydration.
· Previous experience with distillation from sugar cane molasses feedstock is essential.
· Responsibilities will include supervision of teams of process operators to ensure reliable and efficient distillery operations with a specific focus on yield and efficiency.
* SUGAR MILLING MANAGER (OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)
· Mechanical engineering graduate, minimum of 5 years working experience in a sugar factory.
· Experience in cane milling and steam boiler operations are required as well as a sound understanding of modern maintenance practices.
· Key responsibilities include directly controlling a team of maintenance technicians and equipment operators to ensure reliable and efficient operation of cane preparation, milling, boiler and powerhouse in a modern sugar factory.
3. SUGAR PROCESS MANAGER (OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)
· Mechanical engineering graduate, minimum of 5 years working experience in a sugar factory.
· Responsibilities will include supervision of day to day activities in the process house of a sugar factory as well as analysis of operating parameters and recommendation and implementation of quality and efficient improvement programs.
4. PRODUCTION AGRONOMIST (OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)
· Candidates must have formal training in agronomy from a recognized institution and specific experience with the cultivation of sugar cane in large scale farming operations.
· Key responsibilities include planning and directing the activities of teams involved with land preparation, planting, cultivating and harvesting sugar cane.
· Role will require a sound understanding of modern fertilizer and irrigation practices and a specific focus on improvement of sugar cane quality and yields.
5. DEVELOPMENT AGRONOMIST (OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)
· Candidates must have formal training in any agricultural or engineering sciences from a recognized institution and specific experience with the development of new large scale plantations.
· Key responsibilities include will be to assist with planning and developing a new sugar cane plantation and will include planning and directing the activities of the teams involved with infrastructure development, initial land clearing and preparation, planting, cultivating and harvesting operations.
