Job Description:
- Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals in
the local market
- Understanding the client requirement
- Sourcing of matching CVs through job boards, network, references
and responses to Adverts
- Initial screening of candidates through direct and telephonic
interviews
- Counseling prospective candidates by highlighting the client
company profile, position offerings and benefits
- In-depth assessment of received job requirement from the
recruitment manager
- Co-ordinate with candidates through the entire interview process
till the candidate is joined.
- Updating and maintaining CV database for efficient search.
- Performing Quality Check of the Resumes formatted by other Team
members
