Japan & ASEAN, and with Head office in UK – PT. JAC Indonesia.
Our client, a multinational company in EPC for their Oil&Gas and
Power Plant projects in Indonesia, is looking for:
SR PROJECT MANAGER for Industry (SRPM:IV/08)
General Requirements:
1. Male/female, S1 degree from reputable university in Electrical or
Physics.
2. Has min 8 years experience as Project Manager in Industry
3. Strong negotiation skills, analytical, proactive, self-motivated
and problem solver.
4. Proven Excellent Leadership skills.
5. Has strong & wide range od network in Industry business.
6. Fluent in English (written & oral)
7. Eexcellent Computer skills (various project engin. software)
Responsibilities:
1. Identifies project opportunities and bringing the project
assignment for the client
2. Managing overall planning, staffing, bidding and execution of the
project, ensuring critical project documents and procedures are
developed, maintained and applied
3. Plan and execute realistic cost and scheduling
4. Manage the project management team and coordinating wit any other
function and discipline to ensure compliance with client's
objectives throughout the life of the project (pre-commissioning
until start up)
5. Ensuring project activities and targets are progressed in
accordance with the client's requirement
6. Develop plan to identify and manage areas of risks, providing
technical assistant and advice to the project
7. Report to Expat General Manager.
Condition:
1. Status: Permanent position
2. Range of Salary: Rp25 million – Rp38 million (gross)
3. Work Location: Jakarta
4. Willing to travel to project Sites when asked.
5. Max. Age: 45 years old
