Japan & ASEAN, and with Head office in UK – PT. JAC Indonesia.
Our client, a wellknown multinational Mining contractor for their
growing expanding operation in Mining & Civil based projects in
Kalimantan, is looking for:
PLANT ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (PES:IV/08)
General Requirements:
1. S1 Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree with familiar Exp.
2. Male.
3. Min 10 yrs exp in Maintenance Management & Mining industry.
4. Exp in Plant's processes & standards, development, documentation
& implementation.
5. Exp in ensuring assets standardized by fleet type in maximizing
engineering improvements for adding value.
6. Exp in identifying & assisting implementation of improvement to
maximize productivity, utilization & reliability of fleets.
7. Exp in Pre Contract and/or estimating for plant fleet and Site
set up.
8. Exp in Mobile & Fixed Plant management on Mining sites.
9. Well familiar in Safety regulations to apply at field.
10. Exp in working in Kalimantan.
11. Proven excellent field coordination, strong personality &
leadership skills.
12. Good English (written & oral) and exp in dealing with different
levels of people.
Conditions:
1. Will be stationed in Mining Site in Kalimantan.
2. Well familiar with Kalimantan (South & East)
3. Strong knowledge of Mining operation & plant set up.
4. Salary range from Rp15-20 million (depending on Exp &
qualifications).
