A) PROCUREMENT MANAGER
English: fluent both written and spoken
Industry: telecommunication preferred (due to knowledge of suppliers and processes), construction, infrastructure (power, water, roads, etc...)
Years in procurement: minimum 5 years, at least 2 as head of area.
Education: Major in Accounting, Administration or Engineering
Background built in multinational companies (e.g. Ericsson, Siemens, Alcatel, Nokia, BP, Conoco, etc....)
Integrity, Good Working ethics, Good references
Experience with importation process and custom clearance.
B) CME / SITAC (all levels – COORDINATOR / MANAGER / DIRECTOR)
Requirements:
· Previous experience in Cme / Sitac
· Any major
· English fluent (written and spoken)
C) ACCOUNT MANAGER – AREA: MARKETING (JAKARTA OFFICE)
Requirements:
· University Diploma or Degree preferred
· Marketing/Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
· Good looking female professional
· Fluent in English/Indonesian both written and spoken
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Outgoing personality, confident, aggressive in reaching goals, high integrity, self motivated, hard worker.
· Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office
· Ability to negotiate and develop creative solutions
· Can work under pressure
· Willingness to learn
· Can work independently and part of a team
· Physically able and willing to travel
· Affinity for technology
Responsibilities:
Marketing, sales & leasing of vertical real estate (antenna space) on company owned (and in development) tower sites to clients (wireless carriers)
Identify business opportunities through research, meetings, referrals, advertising, presentations, client entertainment and social events.
Monitors and maintains customer satisfaction.
Manages and updates customer profiles.
Update sales activity and forecasting weekly.
D) PROJECT COORDINATOR
AREA: CME & SITAC
WORK LOCATION: JAKARTA
Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge and hard user of Excel
· Creative with structuring performance reports, graphs and charts
· Very fluent on constructing databases
· Highly skilled at problem solving with database
· Previous experience in telecommunication
· Organized and concentrated
· Able to manage a high volume of information at one time
· Works well with others
E) ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
AREA: CME & SITAC
WORK LOCATION: JAKARTA
Requirements:
· Degree in some area and at least 2 years of experience on telecommunication industry (see responsibilities)
· Team working, great communication skills, good attitude, passionate
· Organized and careful on handling administrative tasks
· Good communication in English
· Computer literate Word, Excel (preferably Advance), Power Point, Internet
· Can work under pressure
· Can work independent and/or as a part of team member, innovative, fast learner
· Good knowledge of roll-out projects on both SITAC and CME areas
Responsibilities:
· Helping Project manager in correspondence, data filing, and database update and make any documentation regarding to the project.
· Identify potential issues in the project and suggest solutions to the Project Manager
· Communicate with contractors to ensure the quality and timelines achievement
· Provide technical support to determine solutions for implementation related issues
· Help monitoring construction budget
F) PROJECT MANAGER
AREA: CME & SITAC
WORK LOCATION: JAKARTA
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineering, telecommunication engineering or electronics engineering
· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Telecommunication for TURNKEY PROJECT management
· Possess a good communications and interpersonal skills
· Appreciates team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal
· Fluent in English / Indonesian both written and spoken
· Computer literate and strong experience with Microsoft Office
· Can make a report in English and has good command
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
· Good integrity, idealism and self motivated
· Can work under pressure without supervision
· Has the willingness to work hard and learn and is a team player
· Has good interpersonal skill
Responsibilities:
* Plan and control project schedule, team forming, out site planning works, civil works, material and logistics forwarding, including delivery of equipment to site
* General control over civil activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layouts and out site planning works.
* Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract
* Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project
* Establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives
* Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed
* Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management
* Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
* Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements
