PT ANZ Panin Bank, a subsidiary of an Australian commercial bank in Asia, in its expanding banking business in Indonesia, especially in its Card Division, invites young and talented applicants to Perform, Grow, and Breakout together within its business for the postiion of:
PRODUCTION & UTILITY SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* To assist in developing a comprehensive operations and services strategy
* To monitor production activities i.e: embossing, scanning, and control blank card and other collateral
* To set up standard working flow for BST and card production
* To conduct regular meeting with printing company & card plastic provider
* To manage relationship with vendor/building management and prepare report for management
* To manage daily activities in Support Service Unit that involving utility & premises by giving a full support to the card business to provide good services to the customers
CAPABILITIES:
* Motivating staff, managing workflows, diffusing and/or managing difficult situations that arise involving staff and/or customers
* Managing the gap between the general level of education and the level of knowledge that is required
* To ensure that all excellent level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
* Manage external party/outsource agent to fulfil their duty at Company's service level and satisfaction
* Managing ongoing change initiatives as they are introduced
DESIRED PROFILE:
* Bachelor degree (S1), preferably from technical background, with GPA = min. 3
* Good knowledge of front/back office processes and procedures
* Sound understanding on credit card cycle
* Overall understanding on card's product and processes
* Good supervisory and communication skills (written and oral, both in Bahasa and in English).
* Analytical ability, good judgement, the capability for making decisions and accepting responsibilities
* Excellent computer literacy
