We are from ERHA Inspiration, a recruitment consultancy. Our client, a fast growing Telecommunication Company, is Looking for a suitable Candidate to fill the position of:
SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER (FOR REGIONAL / ASIA PACIFIC)
Special Requirements:
- Providing diversified legal services and supports to Indonesia subsidiary operational platforms usually, where necessary, cross boarder business to travel in other country in Asia Pacific temporarilly will be required.
- Drafting and reveiewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
- Providing legal advice for the operation of the company and controlling the relevant legal risks.
- Participating in contract negotiations
- Handling with legal affaires in complicated sales projects with finance supports.
- Resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and internationl arbitration.
- Legal research and providing legal training for the Company's other departments.
- Coordinating with external counsel and liasing with customer in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practices areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, company law, competitive law, criminal law, employement law, international law, finance law, dispute resolution, immigration law, immigration law, Incoterms law 2000 and relevant laws etc.
- 8 - 15 years legal work experiences in a multinational company or leading law firm
