1. Operations Support Manager (
Requirements:
- University graduate in Engineering
- At least 5 years working experiences in relevant industries with knowledge of Quality fundamentals for strategy and planning
- Strong leadership, Good analytical and technical skills, team player and good interpersonal skills
- Employs effective questioning and listening techniques
- Highly organized works to schedule, seeks and acts on feedback related to work performance
- Excellent presentation and (oral & written) communication skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Willing to work under pressure to meet the company objectives
2. Business Development Executive (
Requirements:
o D3 or university graduate majoring in marketing management or related fields
o At least 2 years working experiences in service industry, preferably in Certification Body for management system (ISO 9001, etc.) or management consultant
o At least 2 years in similar position
o Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill in English and Bahasa
o Willing to travel in
o Pleasant personality with wide networks
o Willing to do some telemarketing tasks
o Able to drive car and having driving license is preferred
