Qualification:
• Age 30 – 40 years old, fluent in English and Indonesian both oral
and written
• Holding a university degree in Law from reputable universities
• Minimal 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal
• Strong knowledge in Indonesian Law, drafting of legal
documentations / agreements
• Able to review & evaluating contracts and relate to business plan /
strategy
• Able to give legal advice and opinion
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to travel in short notice
• Team player and strong analytical thinking
