Our Client, Multinational Oil Company under PSC term with BPMIGAS is
currently looking for positions;
1. Exploration Dept Admin (EDA)
2. HSE(Health, Safety, and Environment Admin (HSA)
· Provide support administrative services to the Exploration
Development Project (1), HSE Department (2) in a timely, efficient and cost
effective manner to support business and operational objectives and plans
and in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
· Managing Correspondences
· Managing Meetings
· Managing Information & exploration record management (EDA)/HSE man
hours activities (HSA)
· Managing officials travels
· Provide other secretarial duties
Requirement
- D3 from secretarial academy or related field
- Experience 3 – 7 years in related firled (Oil & Gas project
experience will be an advantage)
- Fluent in English both oral and written (will be working closely
with expatriate).
