Brunei Liquefied Natural Gas Sdn. Bhd. (BLNG), is one of the oldest
and most established LNG plants worldwide. It has an annual Opex/Capex
outlay of around

The incumbent will be involved / responsible for a variety of

- Replacement and installation of electrical emergency generators

progress report for approval / issuance.

and completion certificates and verifying the correctness of the mark-up

As-built drawing packages submitted by contractors.
? Be a project matrix team member in reviewing commenting PEP, all
engineering design / work method / procedure, commissioning packages.
? Review and support for approval of HIP/JHA and milestone Zero
Documentation before initial Contractor work site mobilization.
? Conduct Contractor Performance Review (CPR) as per contractual
requirement with BSP audit team.
? Optimise the allocated contractor resources and priorities all
critical activities whilst ensuring minimum deferment with due regard
for technical

integrity of all affected facilities, environmental impact and safety
of the total workforce.
? Monitor progress of fabrication, construction and manage shortfalls,
deviations or changes from plans.
? Ensure contractors waiver or concession request are address to the
appropriate Technical Authority for consideration.
? Assist BSP QS in the preparation of cost estimates and any rates due
to additional/changes of workscope.
? Assist commissioning team in providing contractor manpower and
resources.
? Manage construction work planning and material issued by BSP and
reconcile surplus materials at construction project completion.
? Contribute feedback to project engineering to project close-out report.
