Customer Support (CS)
Responsibilities:
* Give accurate, fast, & clear information/solution to customers.
* Write down every activity related to customer feedback/complaints
* Help solve customers' problems. Suggested that problem solved in first encounter.
* Follow up the problems (to customer).
* Do administrative work connected to Support Centre activity
Requirements:
* Male/Female, Single, max 27 years old
* Minimum Diploma holder
* Literate in computer and internet is a must
* Having software knowledge is preferable
* Have 1 years experience as Customer Service/Call centre
* Self motivated, proactive, problem solving
* Excellent interpersonal skill to manage customer.
* Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Team player with good communication and service oriented.
