Trainer (TR):
a.. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related discipline
b.. Hands-on experience as a trainer min 3 years
c.. Well groomed with pleasant personality
d.. Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
e.. Good verbal and written English
f.. Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
g.. Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs
h.. Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
i.. Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level
j.. Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
