BUSINESS ANALYST
   
Main Key Responsibilities:
o        Actively support Indonesian management Team to achieve financial and strategic objectives by providing accurate, detailed and timely financial information and analysis on which to base all business decisions.  
o        Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and lodgement of corporate taxation returns for all entities in Indonesia
o        Co-ordinates and prepares the annual budget, monthly forecast and long range plan for Indonesia Commercial Team – ensure deadlines are met by all parties involved in the process.  Collect input from personnel across the organisation and liaise with US and Regional Finance teams as required.
o        Organises the collection of information from Sales, Marketing, & Manufacturing which is critical to our forecasting process.  Calculates biweekly Income Statement and Balance Sheet projections that link into period estimates. i.e. month, quarter & annual.
o        Actively participate in the month-end reporting process taking responsibility for Gross Margin reporting and analysis of See-Thru results for total Indonesia.  Carries out in-depth analysis of outputs providing income statement analysis and advises business heads of critical variations, trends, impacts etc.
o        Co-ordinates and prepares the Annual Budget, Long Range Plan and Forecasts for the Core / Foundation Teams whilst ensuring a timely completion. This requires input from departmental managers of Finance, Regulatory, Human Resources, IT, etc.  It also requires involvement of Regional Analysts and US team leads.
o        Maintains current price, commission and rebate reports for all customers by liaising with Sales/Marketing.  Ensures that prices and commissions are correctly maintained/updated  in BPCS.  Runs regular reports to identify exceptional pricing, costs etc and investigates all such transactions.  Calculates and organises payment of monthly rebates for customers that require a manual check  instead of credit off statement.
o        Maintains detailed documentation for all Marketing Programs (accruals) and reconciles monthly with Marketing Manager and Regional Business Managers.  Calculates and arranges payment of marketing programs as required.
o        Calculates royalties to be paid to parent company and accrues as necessary .
o        Liaise with Financial Controller and Taxation Manager to ensure Transfer Pricing is consistent with corporate requirements and all Indonesian and Foreign legislation relating to both imports and exports.  This requires knowledge and monitoring of legal entity financial results and communication with manufacturing parties in various world areas.
o        Take initiative to develop financial models to analyse all business decisions/ opportunities and present alternatives for management review.   Analyse budget vs forecast vs actual results every month, explain deviations concisely and accurately.
o        Frequently verifies the quality and accuracy of data entered and reported from BPCS. Works closely with Finance Lead Indonesia and Financial Controller Indonesia to propose changes and modifications to systems and procedures as necessary.
o        Provides expertise and assistance to all teams throughout the Company and actively participates as a member of teams.    Expected to be a strong member of Indonesian Management team and able to earn respect and trust at all levels in the organization.
o        Maintains knowledge of external environment in relation to both company products and the economic, climatic environments of Indonesia and South East Asia.
o        Taxation Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate taxation returns for all entities in Indonesia.  Responsible for coordinating external taxation consultant reviews and ensuring that all legislative requirements are met.
o        Work closely with HSSE :
·           To work with care and consideration for your own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
·           To actively participate in the office safety programs.
·           To adhere to all safe working practices and safety procedures adopted by the company.
·           To work with, and actively support the occupational health and office safety committee to improve health and safety in the workplace.
·           To use personal protective equipment issued to you and to maintain it in good working order.
·           To identify and predict hazards in the workplace.
·           To undertake risk assessments.
·           Apply preferred order of controls to hazards in the workplace.
·           To raise OH&S issues via appropriate people and mechanisms
 
Requirement of the position are:

* Both male / female
* Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2, in Finance / Accounting would be an advantage
* Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team workand foresight skill
* Good proficiency in spoken and written English
* Knowledge of USA GAAP and Indonesian Taxation is a MUST
* Preferable to have experienced from HSSE
* Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
