PT HITSS Sumber Daya Nusantara Konsultan is an established company, which provides Human Resources and Commercial Services since 1996.
Our Client is the market leader in adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, hobby colors and polymer emulsions; currently they are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:
Retail Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct orientation, train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in execution of daily tasks.
2. Assist in staffing and scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
3. Maximize Retail sales and measure sales performance on a daily basis by reference to class sales reports from year prior on same day.
4. Oversee and participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
5. Maintain adequate inventory to support sales promotions.
6. Oversee and participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, including proper use of in-store signs advertising sales and promotions.
7. Oversee and participate in department inventories both local and import products.
8. Oversee proper pricing of merchandise and ensure all price changes are made.
9. Communicate with buying and allocation departments about comparative shopping analyzes, fast and slow selling classifications and styles, planning and adjusting stock levels, and customer requests.
10. Oversee compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures.
11. Help solve problems that affect the department's service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
13. Provide monthly, quarterly, monitor competitors' activities, and sales forecasts
14. Lead assigned team of Retail sales and marketing persons to achieve agreed budget and targets.
15. Identify assigned Retail market segments suitable for expanding, entering into with either existing, or new products.
16. Ensure Retail sales staffs are provided with all necessary tools to achieve their goals i.e. product literature, catalog's, samples, test report etc.
17. Propose the Retail products, customers, and pricing policy for particular situation to achieve sales targets.
18. Product Demonstration and testing to achieve the sales targets.
19. Ensure reporting system effective and monitor closely salespersons' performance.
20. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Ability to develop and train associates, build relationships, utilizes skills of associates most appropriately.
2. Ability to manage department operations effectively.
3. Ability to merchandise effectively.
4. Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
5. Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to workforce.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to associates.
8. Ability to work a full-time schedule including up country visit
9. Retail management experience preferred.
10. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
11. At least Bachelor Degree, preferable MBA degree
12. At least 5 years in Retail Sales and Marketing functions.
