1. Positions: Commercial Sales Representative (CODE: CSR)
Locations: Jakarta
Reports to: Country Manager
 
Responsible for the development of defined geographical or vertical areas creating new business opportunities for the company as well as expanding the current customer base. 
 
Responsibilities:

* Meet and exceed targets in new business from defined region.
* Secure new business within these accounts selling a focused range of products and services.
* Sell primarily entry level SAN, NAS, and backup software.
* Manage tactical accounts ensuring a constant revenue stream and steady pipeline business. (MR only).
* Manage, enhance and build effective relationships with new and existing clients.
* Increase sales pipeline by spending >30% of time on searching for new business.
* Identify any third party relationship that the company may need to develop.
* Work with other resources throughout the company i.e., Presales, Professional Services, Customer Education.
* Develop territory plan comprising customer and prospect activities.

 
Requirements:
·         2 years experience in Enterprise Selling Solutions or IT Systems to medium size companies. Good presentation skills; should be able to deal with CIO's and preferred selling experience of SAN / NAS.
·         Able to present simple solutions with confidence.
·         Exhibits sufficient commercial insight, credibility and presence to enable effective relationship building, influencing and instilling confidence at a mid senior level.
·         Quick to grasp new technology.
·         Experience in selling at low range level.
·         Formal sales training.
 
2. Positions: Commercial Inside Sales Representative (CODE: CISR)
Locations: Singapore
Reports to: Partner Manager
 
The candidate will work within a designated territory to prospect and qualify new and existing accounts for Commercial Sales. In addition to handling incoming prospect calls, the Representative will perform a prospecting and sales development function to build a pipeline within targeted accounts designated by management. 
 
Responsibilities:

* High volume outbound calling environment (at least 40 calls per day) focused on generating, qualifying and developing high quality leads for the country of responsibility.
* Effectively build and execute a territory strategy with ther Inside/Field Sales team targeted at leads generation and pipeline growth.
* Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Commercial Sales business, industry trends, and competition.
* Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer data base.
* Qualify and develop prospects according to best practices qualification criteria.
* Update and track leads rank/stage and prospect interaction in CRM application daily.
* Drive attendance to marketing events through reminder and invitation calls.
* Handle incoming prospect calls, as needed.
* Proactively follow up with all events (webinars, field seminars, trade shows) invitations, registrants, attendees and prospects.
* Assist direct sales with collateral mailings.

 
Requirements:

* Experience with Enterprise qualification, Director and above level contacts.
* Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia is a pre-requisite, and English is an important means of communication internally.
* 1 – 3 years of previous inside sales and or leads development experience (or related field sales, channel sales or sales development experience), preferably in solution selling environment.
* Proven track record at achieving measurable sales goals in a highly automated Telebusiness environment where entry and management of leads data in a CRM system is required.
* Prior experience in successfully overcoming customer objections.
* Ability to work in a high energy, sales team environment.
* Experience in start-up environments.
* Experience in working and succeeding within a quota and commission structure.
* Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, v-mail, MS Office).
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
* Team player and possess effective communication and written skills.
* Experience in software or technology environment.
* Telesales/telemarketing experience is compulsory.
* Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
